One Daily Packet contains:
1 capsule Multi (vitamins, minerals, herbs and trace elements)
1 capsule natural fish oil with a min. of 35% omega-3
1 capsule Night Flower Oil (omega-6) with a min. of 10% GLA
Dosage: the contents of one Daily Packet every day together with food.
